Need to return or exchange your Honey House item ?! No prob!


RETURNS: Honey House will accept returns WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE date for a full refund.


TO RETURN: To return your item(s) to Honey House:

  1. Email us at RETURNS@SHOPHONEY.HOUSE for a free printable return shipping label. The SUBJECT LINE of your email MUST READ AS FOLLOWS: “RETURN for Order #: (insert your order number) “
  2. Package up your return items* in the original packaging or your own.

Mandatory Contents of your Return Package:

  • Return item(s) - UNUSED and with ALL original tags intact, inside each original plastic garment bag
  • The invoice slip that came with the original order

  1. Seal up the package, stick or tape your free printed return slip to it, and send it our way from your local USPS! :) 

*A valid return must follow these guidelines, or we unfortunately will not be able to complete it.




EXCHANGES: Honey House will accept exchanges WITHIN 60 DAYS OF PURCHASE date (if the desired size is no longer available by the time the customer initiates the exchange/return process, the customer can get a full refund for that item. But in that case, the within-30-days-of purchase-date rule applies - so back to return guidelines in that case).


TO EXCHANGE: Since Honey House is a uniquely-curated lower-stock boutique experience, we cannot guarantee that another customer won’t snag the size you were looking for before you’re able to! To have the best chance* of executing a successful exchange we recommend that you:



  1. Go to the Honey House website and purchase the desired size/color of the item ASAP! Yes, before you do the return.
  2. Then, go through the HH RETURN process for the item you want to trade in (the process outlined above). This way, it’s more likely* that you’re able to get the size/color you want before someone else gets it! 


*Honey House is not responsible if you return an item hoping for a different size/color, and then the desired size is no longer in stock / available for purchase. However, in this case, you could/should still just return the item (if it’s within the 30 days from purchase window), for a full refund! We are here to help, and want our customer experience to be top-notch.
